Abstract
The present study aims to prepare three types of extracts (Alcoholic , Hot water and Cold water) from the (Aloe vera) to evaluate the inhibition effect on the number and viability of the Leishmanial promastigote in vitro. The result showed that the 2gm.100 ml-1 concentration of Alcoholic extract has a significant effect on the inhibition Leishmanial promastigote in vitro at the forth day followed by hot water which inhibit Leishmanial promastigote at the fifth day then cold water extract at the sex day respectively.
