| Abstract | ||
| Relying on the analysis of descriptive and quantitative methods of the collection and transport of contaminants in the Baghdad city Vogal approximation can be utilize. This method can work based on the documents and records data released by Baghdad and municipal districts affiliate. Vogel approximate applies for possible reducing cost transport of contaminants as an optimal solution. The results indicated that applying the Vogel approximate method on the transfer of pollutants over reduce costs can from this process where the abundance of cost 7.15 billion Iraqi dinars. This represents a waste in the resources because of non- economic practical methods used in the process of transfer of pollutants in the city of Baghdad. The hypothesis is the interaction mutual transfer of pollutants scientific methods and sustain the environment. This method can control the human being made pollutants which consider to be a source of exploitation and irrational of natural resources. | ||
