| Abstract | ||
| When studying the reality of the Iraqi economy is clear to us that this economy is exposed to the problems and crises of many necessary to diagnose these difficulties and obstacles that hinder the progress of Iraq economically, through reflect on those obstacles can prioritize economic strategy for the next phase, where I left the wrong policies and mismanagement of the national economy, which imposed by the former regime and internal strife, wars and the economic blockade during the past three decades, the problems and dilemmas of large confirms that the economic recovery of Iraq is not only through economic reform, which aims to address these problems and improve the economic situation of the country, where the estimated economic losses in infrastructure and other economic assets, including approximately (300) billion dollars during that period in addition to the large accumulated debt and owing Iraq faces a difficult economic tasks with exceptional volumes of hard to imagine the stage where can redraw the future in light of the economic reality of the low level of security and limited control over economic resources | ||
