The experiment was conducted season 2015-2016 in Sulemanya Governrate at Agriculture Nursery to study the effectof three levels of Atonik spraying (0, 2, 3 ml.l-1) and three levels of PRO.SOL (0, 2, 3 gm.l-1) and interaction between them on growth and effective substances of chamomile plant. R.C.B.D design was used as factorial experiment with three replication. The first factor Atonik growth regulator A and seconed was PRO.SOL nutrient B. The seeds were cultivaled in area 1× 0.65 m at 30/8/2015. The plant were sprayed two time the first at 30/10/2015, the second after the primi on for the two factor. The flower were harvest at 3/4/2016.
The Results showed that Atonik growth regulator spraying investigated significant increasing in studied charecters, so the third level A2 (3 ml.l-1) had suprionty in plant height (82.92 cm.plant-1), leaves number (379.03 leaves.plant-1), branch number (27.29 branch. Plant-1), fresh weight of vegetative growth (23.49 gm.plant-1), dry weight of vegetative (4.64 gm.plant-1) compared with less values (72.66 cm.plant-1) (292.22 leaves.plant-1) (23.18 branch.plant-1) (21.22 gm.plant-1) (3.93 gm.plant-1). PRO.SOL nutrients investigated significant increasing value in studied characters, so the second level gave highest values in character mean leaves number (342.92 leaves.plant-1), with th third level B2 had superiority in branch number (26 branch.plant-1) fresh weigh of vegatative (23.64 gm.plant-1), dry weight of vegetative (4.58 gm.plant-1). The interactive treatment A2B2 (3 ml.l-1 + 3 gm.l-1) significantly studied characters which gave highest value: plant height (88.56 cm.plant-1), leaves number (392.99 leaves.plant-1), branch number (27.89 branch.plant-1), vegetative fresh weigh (26.15 gm.plant-1), dry weight (5.32 gm.plant-1), compored with lowest values succivelly (63.55 cm.plant-1), (269.44 leaves.plant-1), (21.55 branch.plant-1), (21.75 gm.plant-1), (3.19 gm.plant-1), for control treatment. Analysis of (HPLC), high performance liquid chromatography appeared that A2B2 (3 ml.l-1 + 3 gm.l-1) gave highest concentration value for flavonoides substances which reached as Quercetin (216.244 µg.ml-1), Isorhamentin (586..140 µg.ml-1) and the treatment A2B1 (3 ml.l-1 + 2 gm.l-1) gave highest value to Aglycone apigenine (268.618 µg.ml-1) compared with less value treatment reached (48.982, 33.833, 7.548, µg.ml-1) sequentially. |
