The experiment was conducted through winter season (2014-2015) in field of Agriculture administration /Kirkuk governate to estimate the genetic diversity for (17) genotypes of bread wheat Triticum aestivum L. under irrigation of two kinds, normal and salt water. to estimate of genetic diversity were, the seeds of the genotypes were planted to evaluate the tolerance interaction between them, using RCBD design with three replicates at 19/11/2014 . Seventeen morphological traits were measured at tillering and spike formation stage.
The results showed that the (Atli) genotype was surpassed in biological yield (35.56 gm/plant), The genotype (Lutfi bey ) was surpassed in grain number rate (413.16 grain /plant ) , number of active tilleres (6.33 branch), active tillering ratio (73.83%), biological yield (35.49 gm/plant) and grain yield (10.75gm/plant), while other traits showed least differences unless plant height trait which showed no significant differences between studied genotypes. The results also showed that the increasing of salt level caused significant decreasing in all traits. The interaction was significant in most physiological traits unless plant height of these traits which were the interaction was no significant .
The cluster analysis depending on the data of morphological traits showed for normal water and salt water which showed that the genotypes were clustered to three main groups, for normal water included the first group genotypes (TURKMEN, BEREKET, Atli, ZENGIRCI, Tosun, Lutfi bey, Bayrakler, KARAHAN, UZUNUALUA, DEMIR and PEHLIVAN ) . While the second main group included Seval genotype lonely . The third main group included the genotypes (Adana99, Kenan bey, Gerek, Sham6 and Gihan99). At irrigated with salt water, the first main group included the genotypes (Atli, ZENGIRCI, Bayrakler and UZUNUALUA), while the second main group included the genotypes ( Sham6, Gerek, Kenan bey, BEREKET, Seval, Adana99 and TURKMEN ) . The main third group included (Gihan99, KARAHAN, Lutfi bey, PAHLIVAN, Tosun and DEMIR ) genotypes . all the same had against these study diacritics good of genetic diversity . |
