Abstract
المستخلص تضمنت هذه الدراسة القيام باختبارات خارج الجسم الحي لدراسة تأثير المواد الفعالة المستخلصة بالماء البارد لاوراق نبات الياس في تثبيط نمو جراثيم Echerichia coli , Enterobacter sp. and Proteus sp. وذلك لاهميتها السريرية بصفتها احدى المسببات للعديد من الامراض ،وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة ان هذا المستخلص ذا تأثير فعال في تثبيط نمو تلك الجراثيم على المستنبت الزرعي كما بينت نتائج الكشف الاولي التمهيدي للمستخلص المائي لاوراق نبات الياس احتواءه على المركبات الثانوية المتمثلة بالتربينات والمركبات الكلايكوسيدية وخلوه من القلويدات اذ بلغ اعلى معدل قطر للتثبيط بالنسبة لـبكتيرياSp. Proteus ( 16 )ملم عند التركيز200 ملغ/مل بينما بلغ ( 13 )ملم عند نفس التركيز بالنسبة لكل من بكتيريا Echerichia coli وEnterobacter sp. ، وقد انخفض معدل قطر التثبيط بأنخفاض التركيز.Study of effect of Myrtus communis extraction in inhibition growth of Echerichia coli,Enterobacter sp. And Proteus sp. bacteriaAbstractThis study was conducted to test in vitro the effect of active materials that extracted by cold water for the leaves of Myrtus communis on inhibition growth of the microorganisms Echerichia coli , Enterobacter spp and Proteus for its clinical importance due to the causes of neumerous diseases . This study proved from the preliminary chemical (filteration) test that , the extracts of Myrtus communis leaves contain terpens and glycoside compounds , but without alkaloids . The study also showed that the highest inhibition effect against the growth of Proteus on culture media with of inhibition diameter of 16 mm in concentration 200mg/ml , while , the Echerichia coli and Enterobacter spp. was 13 mm in same concentration .
