Abstract
الخلاصة أجري هذا البحث لتقيم فاعلية عنصرين غذائيين( النتروجين N، كبريتات البوتاسيوم K2SO4) والمبيدين الكيميائيين Beltanol-L50%SL وTachigazole- 30% SLفي نمو وامراضية الفطر Rhizoctonia solaniالمسبب لمرض تعفن البذور وموت بادرات الخيار على الوسط الزرعي P.D.A وفي التربة الملوثة بالفطر، اذ بينت نتائج البحث ان العنصرين تباينا في تأثيرهما في النمو القطري للفطر فالنتروجين كان مشجع لنموه إذ بلغ معدل النمو 7.4 سم ، بينما كان لكل من كبريتات البوتاسيوم والمبيدين البلتانول والتشازول تأثيراً في معدلات النمو القطري للفطر اذ بلغت 5.4 و4.3 و4.2 سم على التوالي مقارنةً بمعاملة السيطرة 8.4 سم، وانعكس ذلك في معدلات النسب المئوية للتثبيط والتي بلغت 35.71و48.80 و50% على التوالي.وبينت النتائج ان خلط المبيدين الفطريين مع العناصر ادى الى تعزيز فاعلية العناصر في زيادة النسبة المئوية لتثبيط نمو الفطر على الوسط الزرعي P.D.A في معاملة(مبيد التشجازول+البوتاسيوم) و(البلتانول+نتروجين) إذ بلغت 43.52 و41.17% على التوالي. كما أشارت نتائج البحث ان هذه العوامل أثرت سلباً في القابلية الامراضية للفطر الممرض من خلال تأثيرهم الايجابي على نسب الانبات واختزال عدد البذور المتعفنة وسقوط البادرات بعد البزوغ مقارنةً بمعاملة السيطرة. Abstract This study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of two Mineral element (Nitrogen N; Potassium sulphate K2SO4 ) and two chemical fungicides Beltanol-L50%SL&Tachigazole- 30% SL against pathogen Rhizoctonia solani the study shown that different Minerals had different effects on the growth of R.solani when it growth in P.D.A medium, where Nitrogen ´´N´´ has appositive effect on means radial growth of fungus reaching to 7.4 cm while both Beltanol ; Tachigzole and Potassium sulphate had suppressed the radial growth of the fungus reaching to 4.3 ;4.2 ; 5.4 cm respectively comparison to the control which was 8.4 cm, and also an effective percentage inhibition for the radial growth of fungus it was 48.80; 50; 35.7% inhibition rate respectively. also mix Minerals elements with two fungicides were effected increasing of elements in percentage inhibition on growth of R.solani in treatment of (T+ K2SO4);(B+ N)were 43.52 , 41.17% respectively . It was shown that factors had a negative effect on the pathogenic ability of the R.solani where they effect in percentage of germination; seed decay and seedling post-emergence damping-off comparison to the control.
