Abstract
المستخلصتضمن البحث دراسة أداء ماكنة تصنيع الاقراص العلفية Pelleting المصنعة من قبل شركة (Simon Barron) الانكليزية في معمل العطيفية الكائن في بغداد وذلك من خلال دراسة ثلاثة عوامل هي: درجة نعومة الجرش على غربال 4 و 8 ملم باستخدام المجرشة المطرقية ، استخدام ثلاثة سرع تغذية لماكنة تصنيع الاقراص وهي 20 و 30 و 40 دورة/ دقيقة ، استخدام فتحتين لاسطوانة التشكيل هي 5 و 10 ملم.وكانت المؤشرات الفنية المدروسة هي الإنتاجية ، الطاقة النوعية، درجة الحرارة، الأقراص العلفية والقدرة المستهلكة. نفذ البحث باستخدام طريقة التجارب العاملية Factorial experiment وفق التصميم العشوائي الكامل (C.R.D) وباربعة مكررات وكانت نتائج الدراسة كما يأتي:1- أدت زيادة فتحة الغربال من 4 إلى 8 ملم إلى زيادة في الإنتاجية ودرجة حرارة الأقراص العلفية والى انخفاض في الطاقة النوعية والقدرة المستهلكة. 2- ادت زيادة سرعة التغذية لماكنة تصنيع الاقراص العلفية من 20 إلى 30 ثم إلى 40 دورة/دقيقة أدى إلى زيادة في الإنتاجية والقدرة المستهلكة والى انخفاض الطاقة النوعية ودرجة الحرارة .3- ادت زيادة فتحة اسطوانة التشكيل من 5 إلى 10 ملم أدى إلى زيادة في الإنتاجية ودرحة الحرارة والأقراص العلفية والى انخفاض الطاقة النوعية والقدرة المستهلكة.4- ادت زيادة درجة نعومة الجرش من غربال 4 الى 8 ملم وسرعة التغذية للالة من 20 الى 30 ثم الى 40 دورة / دقيقة الى الزيادة في الانتاجية والقدرة المستهلكة والى انخفاض الطاقة النوعية ودرجة حرارة الأقراص العلفيةAbstractThis research has been conducted to study the performance of the pellet producing machine which was manufactured by Simon Barron company .This research was run with three factors :- cereal grinding size (4 and 8 mm sieve by using the hammer mill ) three speed feeders ( 20, 30 and 40 rpm ) and two sizes of dies ( 5 and 10 mm diameters ). The properties which were studied including machine productivity and the specific energy, the pellet temperature and the power consumptionThe study was performed by applying the factorial experiments according to the complete randomization design C.R.D with four replications .The results showed the following :-1- Increasing of the sieve size of in the hammer mill from 4 to 8 mm showed an increase in productivity , the pellets temperature and decreased the specific energy and power consumption .2- Increasing the speed of feeders of the pellets from 20 to 30 rpm then to 40 rpm showed an increase in productivity, power consumption, temperature and specific energy were decreased . 3- Iincreasing in the dies diameter from 5 to 10 mm diameters showed an increase in the productivity, the pellets temperature while specific energy, power consumption were decreased.4- The increasing in the degree of grinding fineness from sieve 4 to 8 mm and speed of feeders for machine from 20 to 30 rpm then 40 rpm showed an increase in productivity, , power consumption and decreased the specific energy and temperature.
