Abstract
المستخلصاستعملت في هذه الدراسة تقانة الامتصاص الضوئي للكشف عن نوعية الصبغات لـ 12 عينة من المشروبات الغازية والعصائر المعلبة وغير المعلبة، وقد بينت النتائج تطابق قيم الامتصاص الضوئي عند طول موجـي يتراوح بين(600 - 400) نانومتر لتحديد قيمة λ max للمشروبات الغازية التي شملت العينة A4و A5 والعصائر المعلبة التي شملت العينات A6 و A7 مع قيم النماذج القياسية A1 و A2 وA3، في حين لم تتطابق القيم المستحصل عليها من عينات العصير غير المعلب والتي شملت A8 و A9 و A10 و A11 و A12 و A13 و A14 و A15 مع قيم الامتصاص الضوئي للنماذج القياسية. AbstractIn this study, was used spectrophotometer technique to Detection of pigments quality for 12 samples of carbonated drinks and canned and un canned juices, the results show compatible in the optical density at wave length 400 - 600 nm to determine λ max for carbonated drinks A4, A5 and canned juices A6, A7 with the standard samples A1, A2 and A3, while the value of the another's un canned juices samples A8, A9, A10, A11, A12, A13, A14 and A15 were not compatible with the standard samples that used for comparison.
