Abstract
Information technology and its effect on performance development in health organizations The research considered the subject of information technology and its impact on the development of performance at the health organizations. With the development of organization goals, it became very important to follow up the information technology to build systems that help to improve health services. Thus, we will try to look into the importance of information technology to benefit the development of staff performance and services presented to the customers (patients). The research followed the methodology of descriptive analysis, using questionnaires to collect the data through using a group of (30) workers of different medical specialties, technicians and administrations and rely on statistical techniques to analyses data by using the mean, standard deviation, spearman correlation, and simple regression in addition to the visits carried out to the hospital health environment. The research outcome points to the fact that the sample under research proves that information technology have a direct influence on the performance of the organizations. Thus the search advice that it is very necessary to direct the organizations to use information technology at the organizational and health service in general and the substantial need to develop the knowledge of these technologies by researches and studies in order to reach to the highest levels of performance at health organizations
