| Abstract | ||
| The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership pattern in all its dimensions ( inspiration motivation ,charisma, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration), on the organizational creativity aspect among faculty members .The study was conducted on a number(45) of teaching staff members of colleges and institutes of Foundation of Technical Education. A survey done through a questionnaire which of 40 items. This study investigate the problem of the in appropriateness of the old pattern of leadership in the management of the Foundation of Technical Education which witnesses an accelerating change and rapid development. The study was also designed to identify the extent of the contribution of one of modern leadership which appears on the form of transformational leadership pattern. This type of leadership plays a role in the process of increasing the creative capacity of faculty members in the organizations studied. The study used metrics and statistical tools such as Spearman correlation coefficient, simple regression coefficient. In this study a number of important conclusions and recommendations were reached. | ||
