Abstract
المستخلص استهدف البحث تقدير استجابة عرض المساحة المزروعة والانتاجية خلال المدة 1984-2005 وقد اشارت النتائج المقدرة الى ان التغيرات الرئيسية في استجابة عرض المساحة هي سعر الشعير لسنة سابقة وسعر الحنطة لسنة سابقة والمساحة المزروعة لسنة سابقة وعامل الزمن ، حيث مثلت هذه المتغيرات حوالي 97% من التغيرات في المساحة المزروعة. اما المحدات الرئيسة لاستجابة عرض الانتاجية فهي سعري الشعير والحنطة لسنة سابقة والمساحة المزروعة للسنة الحالية وعامل الزمن. اما المرونات المقدرة فقد اشارت الى ان المرونات السعرية الذاتية والعبورية للانتاجية تفوق نظيرتها للمساحة المزروعة مما يؤشر فاعلية الاسعار في تأثيرها على الانتاج الكلي للشعير. كما ان استجابة الانتاجية الموجبة للسعر قد ادت الى ان تكون مرونة الانتاج اكبر من مرونة المساحة ، وذلك بتعديل مرونة الانتاج لاستجابة الانتاجية السالبة للمساحة المزروعة. عليه فان اهمال العلاقة العكسية بين الانتاجية والمساحة يقود الى التحيز في قياس استجابة الشعير للتغيرات السعرية.Estimate response of Barley offer in IraqAbstract Targeted in this research report in response to the display planted area during period 1984-2005 has been estimated, according to findings. The key variables in the display area is the response rate of barley for the area of the previous year and the time factor, which accounted for these variables about 97% of the variables in the areea planted. The main determinants of th response in the presentation of the production rate of barley and wheat for previous year and planted for current year and the time factor, but the estimated flexibilities have pointed out that the price flexibilities and the Jewish self-production theory of the superiority of cultivated area, which indicates the effectiveness of their impact on prices in the total
