Abstract
Through a research seek to Explore the importance of using statistical methods in quality control and these methods are (control charts and diffraction hexagon (Six-Sigma) As it has been applied in Babylon factory (2) for the production of batteries, and the Explore of the role of these methods in raising the quality level of the product once and for all, and through the work the control of the quality of the payment of productivity at the production lines by pulling samples and analyzed and then the decision to accept the batch or rejected and that depending on the being damaged ratios at each production line, And then to clarify the effect of the level (Six-Sigma) in the acceptance or payment is declined, as shown by the results when using Control charts type (P, NP, C) sections productivity three ( knotwork, cutting and assembly) it was within the quality in place at the factory level and appears when you raise the level of (Six-Sigma) to the region, first and second ie, when the level (68.27 and 95.45) that the payment and when most of the production lines rejects (quality level is very high) and appear to accept most of the production payment was at the level three and fourth at any level (99.73 and 99.37)
