| This research is an attempt to present the views of Spencer about social development and the effective role of education in the community for it is not only helping the individual to be a good citizen regarding himself and the community by helping him to adapt in his community as for the adaptation leads to achieve maximum benefit as for the ability for adaption in human leads for increasing man ability in existence and this never came without Education ;in order to reach the desired goal from this research ,we have divided it in to following: The first part contained the Study of society, its development and its types for Spencer, the second part discussed the aspects of similarity that put by Spencer between society, human and the organism, the third one discussed freedom and rights that Spencer considered it as a necessity in the process of Education for its helping the individual to know all of his rights and privileges.. | ||
