| The reason for my choice of this subject is to participate in the collection of the topics of the jurisprudent scattered in the stomachs of books and add to the library to benefit the scholars and this subject is of great importance in contemporary society because it responds to some of the owners of the sick souls of circumvention of the limits of God or satisfaction with this crime or pardon Which keeps the society clean of corruption and spoilers.
