Abstract
In this study, the jurisprudential rulings differed on the interpretation of the verse by the interpreters. The grammatical and linguistic issues influenced the weighting of some of them on the basis of the grammatical rules and the different linguistic meanings in our Arabic language. This was represented in six provisions relating to the writing of religion, the presence of the writer and his compliance with writing, including the command of God, the response of witnesses to the request for martyrdom, the testimony of slaves, the testimony of the two women with men and the injury to the writer and the witness.
