Abstract
God has honored man and made him his successor in the land, and summarized the mind to be eligible to carry the Secretariat, has decreed provisions of what saves his humanity from waste and tampering and guarantee his freedom and choice to bear the responsibility of his work before God. And since the acts of worship are not valid until after the time that Allah and His Messenger have commanded us to judge this land that is upon them. Certain times may not be done before entering those times, and many people did not know the entry time, or may be busy not paying attention to his entry. Allaah has prescribed the adhaan for prayer to enter into its time. The adhaan has been prescribed in the first year of the Prophet's migration, and both the adhaan and the adhaan have specific words from the dhikr. Given the importance of this subject, and the spread of its provisions in jurisprudence. Only a lot of people. But some of the muezzins also do not know the provisions of the adhaan, and they may be lenient about this ritual, especially those who pray alone or travel, and leave the adhaan for ignorance of some of its rulings. As I have seen in some mosques who raise the adhaan on the doctrine of Imam Malik, On the doctrine of Shafi'i or vice versa. So the warning and the statement of the provisions of the adhaan in a part of it, which is to raise the adhaan, contribute to carrying the nation to follow the guidance of the good of the good. The importance of my subject lies in that I deal with some of the things that may be exposed to the person in the assignment of the orders of worship and the accompanying provisions as I mentioned in the introduction.
