	Measuring Quality and Requirements of the Labor Market in Private High Education Curriculum (Application Study)

Abstract
The curriculums considered as the most important elements of the educational process, as far as quality is the quality of the outputs of this process and the elements of success. The outputs qualified academically have quality skills in various fields, enable the individual to easily engage in the labor market, and facilitate the ways of his competition for educational and employment opportunities. So they are in dire need of development and keep up with what's new. The study aimed to identify the level of availability of quality standards and the requirements of the labor market in the curriculums of private colleges from the perspective of college students. To achieve this, samples were taken from the students in fourth class and designed questionnaire included several axes and included a group of paragraphs were distributed to 90 students distributed to six departments. We used for analysis purpose Likert, factor analysis, and Cronbach's alpha measure of validity and reliability of the questionnaire, and some other tests using statistical software (SPSS). The study included a set of conclusions and recommendations.
