| Abstract | ||
| It is one of the signs of Tawfiq Allaah to the servant and the will of goodness for him in the two places, to make him one of those who walk the path of seeking the forensic science; the science of the two holy prophets, the Quran and the Sunnah, and what is going on in their orbit of the sciences that have to be understood, (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The one who recites Allaah is good to him. The scholars of the fundamentals are the ones who have explained what is in the texts of the Qur'aan and Sunnah from the command and the prohibition, and the general and the specific, and the public and private, and absolute and restricted, to the last of these mabahith. They are the ones who have explained the rulings of the mandate and its details, the evidence and its divisions, and the rules of conflict and weighting between the texts and rulings of ijtihad and tradition. From the study of this science. And the mabahith that the fundamentalists discussed: the discussion of the various evidence, as expressed by Imam Zarkshi and the title (the book of evidence is different) () and then taken in the statement, and among these evidence take the least of what was said. It is known that the first to take it is Imam Shafi'i - may God have mercy on him - and the most question to be used to take the least was said, is the issue of Jewish and Christian. I sought to examine this evidence in an applied manner; I examined the issues that the fundamentalists mentioned that Imam al-Shafi'i took it with the least of what was said after mentioning the fundamentalist definitions of taking the least of what was said and the evidence of his argument and discussing these evidence.
