| After the research we have dealt with the relationship of the science of assets to economic issues, and focused research on the issue of fundamental, new economic developments that are electronic money, because of the importance of this subject from many angles, most notably the novelty of the subject and not written previously from a legitimate perspective , The subject is modern, and is linked to a number of provisions of legitimacy in addition to the need to rooting. The premise of the research is that the knowledge of assets is closely related to jurisprudence, including the jurisprudence of transactions, and is related to economic issues, including the subject of money. What is the problem addressed by the study, which is represented by answering the fundamental question of what is the relationship between the science of assets and electronic money? The answer to this question requires us to accurately diagnose the concept of electronic money and how to issue it and the difference between this type of money and other types | ||
