| Abstract | ||
| The Islamic jurisprudence is characterized by its source is the book of God, and the year of his prophet , so that the other sources of consensus and measurement and others, the document is also the book and the Sunnah. The consensus and measurement is only the jurisprudence of the scholars of the nation and their research in the texts of legitimacy and in incidents that have evidence of a book or a year. The jurisprudence of the jurists in each era in the development of the Shariah provisions of the detailed evidence contributed to the mitigation of the Islamic nation from working in the provisions entrusted to them. He excelled in every doctrine of the Islamic jurisprudent scholars took upon themselves the interpretation of the texts of legitimacy and formulation in proportion to the meaning of the Holy Street and what facilitates the Islamic nation to take them. The multiplicity of shar'i evidence in the single jurisprudential issue has made the single question more than a fatwa issued by the jurists of various schools of thought. But sometimes we find that the fatwa is multiple in the same jurisprudential issue in the same doctrine as in the Hanbali doctrine, as we sometimes find three or more views of Imam Ahmad, may God have mercy on him in the matter of jurisprudence one. Which made the scholars of the Hanbali doctrine differ among themselves in the fatwa on the same issue as in the dispute between the applicants and the late. It is therefore necessary for the student of knowledge to know the reasons for this dispute and what resulted, especially in the Hanbali doctrine. So I resorted to God Almighty to write my research, which is marked by (the jurisprudential dispute between the Hanbalis and their contemporaries - a comparative study in the doctrine of some jurisprudential issues -). | ||
