| The fall of the Islamic Caliphate was the most dangerous event among all the events that took place in the history of Islam, because it was not replaced by the Ottomans others, as happened in previous cases, but completely dispensed with the Islamic system. The Ottoman Empire was the symbol of the Muslims and its demise. That symbol disappeared. The West turned its armies and ideas on the Islamic world. The conflict was at the military and intellectual levels. Perhaps the Zionist entity is the worst thing that has been brought about by the change of process. The belief that Islam is incapable of keeping up with life as a political, economic or social system. The measurement of the level of civilizations in terms of what they create and the ideas they formulate. Every thought is the juice of these civilizations. What is behind them is the infrastructure and the material? What is the real reflection of this civilization and what it was and what it is. And every civilization carries thought, and this thought consists of several axes or systems, and that the judicial and administrative system is the basis of all thought and civilization, justice and justice measured by the progress and welfare of the nation, and the justice is fair and strong, the nation will be strong and cohesive. The judicial and administrative system in Islam has been distinguished from other types of judiciary and administration with a number of advantages, the most important of which is the adoption of Islam as a supreme and authentic authority. And its discipline by the provisions of Islamic law. Therefore, we discussed in this research the judicial, administrative and Islamic system according to what Shaykh Taqi al-Din al-Nabhani, the founder of Hizb ut-Tahrir, sees as an excellent Islamic figure with an integrated Islamic thought and an integrated Islamic project. The reason for our choice of the subject is to know how the Islamic State was managed administratively and judicially, and what ways and steps should be taken to establish this state again. First, the judicial system dealt with all aspects of the Islamic judiciary and the role of the judiciary in building society. | ||
