| The discussion of civil society refers to the human march since the transition of people from the fishing, grazing and agriculture society to the urban society. There has been a lot of talk about civil society since the seventies of the last century. This is an expression of the striving to strengthen the social fabric based on the multiplicity of activities based on societal goals By members of society independently of the domination and domination of the State. The term "civil society" today refers to an integrated society in a modern state or to a modern state capable of communicating efficiently with other countries, while at the same time meeting the modern needs of its citizens and making them feel their personality, Distinguished individuals with a role, presence, dignity, freedoms and rights, duties and responsibilities. Therefore, it is vital for civil society to form voluntary groups independent of the activity and movement of the state. | ||
