Abstract
The Islamic jurisprudential rule is the first type of rule among the fundamentalists and the most important, and therefore the science of the fundamentals of jurisprudence because it is one of the four poles (fruit) mentioned by Imam Ghazali - may Allah have mercy on him (-) by which the costs of legitimacy and what falls under the orders and prohibitions, in terms of action, and leave. The Muqtazil agreed with the Sunnis, but they differed in the knowledge of the rulings of Allaah and the way of their realization before the mission of the Apostles. It should be noted that the approach of the fundamentalists in the introduction of the legitimacy of the mandate whether they viewed it in terms of its source, or on the one hand, is completely different from the approach taken by the Almutazl who have fought that the human mind can recognize the rule of God in action, and this dispute due to the issue Hassan and ugliness mental, Is good deeds and ugliness drives our minds good thing or ugliness we are actually demanding it or left before the receipt of our Sharia? If we are required to do so, is there punishment for the offense before the mission of the Apostles  or not? These questions left a clear impression on the dispute between the Sunnis and the Mu'tazilah. Our choice to study the shar'i ruling in Mu'tazilah came in the book " For the Zanjani, so it is clear what is meant by them; and we have poisoned the search for (the authoritative legal authority of the Mu'tazili from the book of the Authorized by Abu Hussein Al Basri; and its implications)
