Abstract
That the science of jurisprudence is one of the best sciences and its honor, as it is correct worship which is the purpose of creating creation If the origin of survival does not get to the slave but the health of unification and integrity of the impurities of polytheism, the completion of salvation does not get only the validity of worship and integrity of the impurities of innovation. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) made the Fiqh of the slave the title of the will of Allaah by means of goodness. He said And the greatness of this science and its honor manifested by the description and the fact that it is consistent with the Muslim and his relationship in all walks of life between him and his Lord or between him and his slaves. Therefore, Allaah has chosen for this religion men who have carried this religion on their shoulders with knowledge, action, and biography, and they have been saved from the net appointee and the prophet's prophecy has been confirmed in them. He said: "This is the flag of every successor. , And those of the media who were the issues that were quoted in the jurisprudence very few either because of the lack of the transfer of knowledge about him as happened before Imam al-Layth, may God have mercy on him, and these media know the knowledge other than the jurisprudence, such as the Hadith know the abundance of the novel and support more than the field of jurisprudence , And one of these eminent Imam Suleiman b War.
