Abstract
No country can live in isolation from other states, organizations, institutions, individuals and groups, nor can anyone live in isolation from other human beings. Therefore, social relations between human beings arose, followed by the emergence of relations between States in response to the necessities of inter-State life and its complexities Increasing. Since its inception, Islam has devoted great attention to relations. It is a religion that carries a global message aimed at organizing social, political, economic, cultural and scientific relations in its various forms, as well as laying the foundations and frameworks based on truth and justice. The rules of dealing with diplomats and ambassadors, established by the Prophet peace be upon him great impact in the system of international relations and human life in general, they are rules that guarantee the human dignity and dignity without regard to religion and race. The Islamic civilization laid down the rules of international law on the basis of justice, freedom, and respect for human rights after they were not known before, and then these rules evolved with the development of states and their increase. The jurists began to devise new rulings based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet. And one of the aspects and branches of relations between the State and the other dealing with its ambassadors and missions, which is an important aspect that reflects the civilization of any state and its policy, especially with the development of relations and the breadth of details, hence the importance of the statement of the Prophet's year in dealing with ambassadors and diplomats, and represents a step on the road to highlight the features The Prophet's approach in dealing with ambassadors and delegations of non-Muslims, which has become the work to highlight and demonstrate the duty and the need for legitimacy. The aim of the research is to contribute to the legalization of the issue of dealing with diplomatic missions through the Prophet's Hadith, to introduce Muslims to the Prophet's approach in this regard, and to show the clear images of the Prophetic Sunnah, and it deals wisely with the Prophetic Sunnah. . The researcher's systematic method of studying the objective of the study is based on a survey in the books of the Prophetic Sunnah from the hadiths on the subject of the study, through a review of the objective studies that the owners collect all the Hadiths contained in the books of the Sunnah or most of them on the subject of the study, Prophetic with the subject, and drop the Prophet's Hadiths on contemporary reality
