| The purpose of the study is to highlight the constitutional texts and what is referred to by the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives of the articles that contained a description of the mechanisms of parliamentary control and its forms and how to invest Parliament for those texts and activate them in the task of oversight effectively, in addition to research on the reasons for hindering the implementation of that task during the mandate of the Iraqi parliament in its current 2006 2010 as the sole legislative authority entrusted with oversight. | ||
