Abstract
Modern communication technology is one of the means that has brought about a major change in society in almost all fields. We are almost without field of modern communication technology, and are employed so intensively that we are currently witnessing many adverse consequences for this use, Or at the collective level. Therefore, we find that communication technology has grown and developed and has been able to contribute to the development of human civilization and the advancement of the human race, and especially since the mid-1980s. The world is experiencing a new technological communication phase in which almost all the developments in previous stages, Where the form and method of communication means is almost changed, in addition to the emergence of new means that have a communicative effect (). Human society has never known rapid developments as it is now at all levels of social, political, economic, and cultural; many new technologies and methods have resulted in the elimination of their predecessors and their total elimination from society.
