| Summary Real estate services are a modern legal and economic phenomenon that has evolved over time to the point of becoming real estate related services offered to owners. It is agreed upon through the conclusion of court contracts even during the sale of the property. Several real estate services contracts have recently emerged with the emergence of construction, including the post-sale contract, which is the most common in Iraq because of its connection to investment housing complexes. | ||
