Abstract
Islam has permitted private property, not to restrain its owner from work, and not to cause the creation of distinct social strata, and agricultural property is a form of ownership whether in possession of the earth's neck, or exploitation of its benefits, provided that the owner or occupier of the land does not violate the rule of Rules of Islam, and that no individual or group be harmed by such conduct. This is a method used by the state for the purpose of increasing the exploitation of land, and it is exclusively from the state, in addition to other agricultural contracts adopted by the economic thought in Islam, such as agriculture and makkah. This is one of the ways of investing the land which is the gift of the Creator for its creation. Her crops to feed the people and fill their capacity, narrated Anas that the Messenger of Allah  said:  Which of the Muslim plant a plant or plant a plant or eat a bird or a human being did not have a charity (). Therefore, the allocation of the Islamic state is represented by the imam of a part of the land to whom he considers worthy if he works on its reconstruction and exploitation of agriculture, but that of its right and duty.
