Abstract
The sciences of Islamic history did not take its distinguished place like the science of interpretation. The pages of Islamic history have been recorded throughout the various ages, the most famous of the interpretations of the Qur'an and the most important interpretations. The thousand scholars have made interpretations of hundreds of parts and took tens of years. Muslims in general, the scientists are especially established. The collection of the Qur'an was considered the largest and first documented process in the history of Arabs and Muslims, and a starting point for the start of the blogging science itself. This process was characterized by meticulous care and precision, and the author of the Quran collection is the science of interpretation, which appeared as a need to understand what may be closed to Muslims understanding of the meanings of his verses The Companions and the Companions are striving for interpretation. The Sahaabah has endeavored to interpret and extract from the Holy Book provisions and legislations that facilitate the problems and complications of life. The generation of Sahaabah, followed by the generation of followers who took from the sciences of religion, Rawa Inherited by the companions and followers. The objectives of interpretation are many, the most important of which is access to understanding the contents that God wanted in his book, and knowledge of what God assumed to His slaves, which is one of the most important purposes in addition to other important effects that ensue. There is no doubt that Muslims in order to understand the contents of the Koran need to be interpreted and considered the means that lead to the knowledge of the arbitrator and similarity and the totality and manifestation and governance and rules and laws and Sunnah. And the interpretation of it came through the impact of knowledge of the copyist of the copied and the reasons for descent and the meanings of the verses transmitted from the advances, and from what is taken in the methods of Ijtihad, which is reached by the interpreter of all the conditions through consideration and reasoning, and what is currently called scientific interpretation based on the perception of mind and preoccupation broadening horizons The meanings intended in the verses in the light of scientific facts and methodology based on reasoning, consideration, analysis and conclusion.
