Abstract
The Importance of Research: The Significance of The Research. The youth have a distinct importance in the society and its being. All societies expect their young people to realize the hopes and objectives of the future. They are the widest part of the body of the society and the most active and vital. Young people are holding the hopes of the nation and its goals of survival and progress. Services to their youth according to their potential and circumstances, and the progress of the nation depends on the extent of the utilization of resources and human resources and in the direction and maintenance and repair and care properly. The material and human resources are the capital and weapons in the battle of progress and development towards the future and the detection and development and development is an achievement of the goals and hopes of society and in achieving the renaissance and building the national and national entity. The students of the university are young people and the interest in providing cultural, scientific and technical opportunities and the detection of their energies is the criterion for the progress of any society. They have the role to contribute to the process of change and building. In order to contribute to the achievement of society's goals, . In spite of the fact that all countries sponsor young people and open the doors of universities and give them opportunities to provide them with the knowledge and skills and methods of thinking required to face life, but the young university needs to add to the above to satisfy the psychological needs and physical and social, lack of satisfaction leads to obstacles stand Hail without psychological and social adaptation, These obstacles either be personal genetic or physical or environmental as a result of education wrong and incomplete and lead to the deviation of his physical and psychological health and his sense of failure and frustration. (Ali Khan: 2008: p. 163). It is the responsibility of young people to achieve society's goals and hopes. The larger, more active and more vibrant segment of society needs to be developed and innovated, and many communities turn to this community and provide services to them as much as possible. Although educational institutions are developing their curricula and curricula, they are no longer adequate for the many individual and social demands, the cognitive and technological explosion, and the failure to satisfy students' demands and desires may lead to behavioral problems. Therefore, the study of the reality of the university student objective scientific study and exit the best formulas for the development of this reality and provide the appropriate climate to promote the ability to creativity and excellence and the daily contribution to meet the needs of the surrounding community within the university and outside the university has become an urgent necessity. (Dulaimi: 1986, p. 2). Therefore, the importance of the current research can be summarized as follows: 1. The tendencies and trends in life are formed and the responsibility is assumed. Every society has to give more care and attention to this element and in turn it becomes a weak and unstable element of its mother rather than being strong and effective. For his own progress. 2. Attention to youth and the allocation of possibilities for their care and education is a kind of economic investment and useful productive work, which is an individual, social, economic and political necessity.
