| The research includes an introduction and the research importance in using ballistic training, which may contribute in making important adaptations in the nervous system which contributes to increased muscle efficiency during the performance and the statement of the effect of these exercises in the development speed and rapid strength and accomplish ran 100 m for the disabled deaf. The research included the researchmethodology, and field procedures where the experiemental approach was used due to its suitability to the research subject and the appropriate physical, statistical methods. The research included a review to the tests results under study, anan analysis and discussion to the results. The researcher reached conclusions including that the exercises ballistic used within the training curriculum may have contributed to the development of speed, strength and rapid achievement. The researcher recommended an emphasis on the use of ballistic training within the training curriculum for thisevent, taking into account the training loads and intensity level for this category of handicap and circulated to coaches in the Special Olympics. | ||
