Abstract:
The high rate of divorce in the Arabian Gulf states encouraged the people concerned in this matter to set up training sessions for people who want to marry, in order to reduce the high rate of divorce. The research came to define the qualifying courses, the reasons, its implications, and then the legitimate rule statement for it.
