| Abstract | ||
| The study aims to recognize the relationship between the leadership modes far the lecturers of the physical education and sport sciences and their teaching competencies . The study sample involves 65 lecturers . The descriptive approach has been used for the variable connectivity relations to achieve the study goals , as two measuring tools were used to measure the variable of the research sample. The research finding out that there are three leadership modes which are often practiced by physical education and sport sciences lecturers in Diyala university . The level of Democratic style , The level of the Autocratic style and the level of the Free style . In addition to that , There is a good level of teaching competencies of the lecturers in Diyala university . Statistically . there is a significant and positive correlation between the Democratic and the teaching competencies level for the lecturers of the physical education and sport sciences . On the other hand , there is a negative correlation between the level of Free style the Autocratic and the lecturers competencies | ||
