| Abstract The study aims to identify the requirements of effective manufacturing and the extent of commitment by these requirements, from the studied company to ensure the achievement of the competitiveness in this company. To achieve the purposes of the study some hypotheses were developed. (40) form of questionnaire were distributed on the staff of the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies in Samarra city , (38) from them were recovered .hypotheses were tested using correlation and contrast analysis to diagnosis the impact and correlations between surveyed variables. The study found a set of conclusions, most notably, great importance to the requirements of effective manufacturing were given from the employees of the studied company and also to the dimensions of minimum cost and excellence in their company. In the light of the conclusions, the study gave a set of recommendations including: the necessity of adoption of the requirements of effective manufacturing and dimensions of minimum cost and excellence in the studied company, because the company could achieve the competitive advantage depending upon them. | ||
