| Abstract | ||
| Any scientific development should be based on an exact scientific basis, as it depends on the modernity of the research itself and the different types of problems it solves, including problems related to sport. As is known, training brings with it lots of functional and chemical changes in various systems of the human body (depending on the type of training), including chemical changes within muscular cells in order to release the required energy for the muscle to function appropriately. The development of the player's sport level is determined by the positivity of these chemical changes and the adoption of the body's systems to the new circumstances, as to deal with fatigue after a competition of training session. Among these significant chemical changes that affect the player's training are the buffers and the chemical indicators of fatigue. The buffers are sets of chemicals that control the hydrogen concentration of the blood in case it is higher or lower than it should be; it regulates the PH level of the blood and helps the body to regain its inner equilibrium. The buffers observed in this research are the hemoglobin, phosphate and protein buffers which are dissolved in the blood. The chemical indicators of fatigue are a result of muscular and physical efforts during a competition or training session. The chemical indicators observed during this research are the concentrations of lactic acid, urine the potassium ion and the sodium ion. | ||
