| Abstract This study aimed at identifying the quality circles (an explanatory study of the opinions of some heads of departments in tikrit university) this study includes four parts) The first part; the conceptual approaches of this study includes basic dimensions which are (the concept/ philosophy/ the benefits/ goals; the organizational structure of quality circles. the second part; includes the methodology of research. so the third part in this research included the description and analysis the elements of quality circles in organization studied. This study resulted in several conclusions; and the researcher provided some suggestions that are consistent with these conclusions in the final part of this study. | ||
