| Abstract The most important characteristic of the revolutions of the Arab Spring that Carried out by the peoples in a number of Arab countries, is its reality as a revolutions demanding rights extracted and wasted for many years, and these rights were not confined to democracy and political rights, but included many economic and social rights that were stolen as well. so the demands of people to change political situation and shifting power in these countries and the establishment of democratic regimes that respect human rights and restore his dignity which reflect the economic and social reality in these countries that refuse the current economic policies for decades, Associated with institutional corruption, monopoly and accumulation of wealth for the few governors and their surrounding districts. In the opposite side there was an increase in the rates of poverty and marginalization of the majority of the population and the low standard of living and widespread unemployment, between the Arab peoples, especially among young people and recent graduates, and the failure of get the majority of the population to satisfy their human basic needs of food, housing, education, health care and social services as a result of neo – liberal policies that targeted mainly the interests of the dominant classes , which led to reduce the middle classes and the declining of their economic, social, and cultural role, and join lower segments, especially in the rural areas to the poor class | ||
