| Abstract | ||
| This study aims to clarify some factors which affed the candida albicans ( age, sequence of pregnancy and recurrence infection). The results of the study showed that there are significant differences (P ≤ 0.01) among all ages under this study and highest in the ages 25-35 which reached the ratio 47.86% and least in the ages 35 years and older which reached the value 9.52.The effect of sequence of pregnancy showed that there is a strong relationship between month of pregnancy and the emergence of the disease and the differences were significant (P ≤ 0.01), the 6th month of pregnancy recorded the highest ratio %19.05 & minimal infection in months 3rd , 4th & 8th the ratio was %11.9 & the sequence of infection showed where significant differences (p<0.01) the ratio recorded %33.31 in 1st pregnancy & get to minimal the ratio of infection in 4th &5th pregnancy which recorded % 4.76 . So there is a clear effect of the study factors (age , sequence of pregnancy & recurrence of the infection which caused the candidiasis disease. | ||
