| The research aims to discussion the role of the chosen law in international decumentery credit contract and its impact in solving the problematic conflict between the laws that cause this decade by raising them because of international called and multiple limbs and undergo all of them to a state of law differs from the other . As the officer will attribution of controls stipulated by the laws of most states is working on the application of the chosen on the International Decade of the law without the threat of legal safety and away from the inertia that characterizes some other standards .
