Abstract
Abstract The research aims to identify the role of leadership styles in the dimensions of quality of service, and is the subject of the importance of leadership and the patterns used and linked to the dimensions of the quality of service to achieve the objectives of the organization can be examined, and this is important to summarize the following - : The leadership is essential for any organization and the importance of leadership styles that define the attitudinal factors that relate to the same 5112 / جامعة تكريت - كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد / مجلة تكريت للعلوم الإدارية والاقتصادية / المجلد - 11 / العدد – 33 ) 137 ) philosophy of leadership, which is necessary to understand the thinking researched the organization and the nature of the work that led, and that the subject of the study focuses on answering the following questions: 1. What is the leadership style prevalent in Kirkuk Electricity circle? 2. What is the nature of quality in the services provided in the organization and whether the surveyed dwarfed in front of the leading power influencing the nature of the services? 3. What is the nature of the relationship between the leadership and influence the pattern and the dimensions of quality of service. The study sample consisted of sections and units and branch managers in Kirkuk electricity distribution circle, as distributed (30) questionnaire was recovery (27) and response rate (90%). And used in the display and analysis of the study data a number of statistical tools such as affirmative factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha, and the mean and standard deviation and coefficient of simple correlation (Pearson) and multiple regression analysis. Among the most prominent findings of the research, which became apparent through statistical analysis that there were no statistically significant differences between leadership styles and the dimensions of the quality of the service relationship, but in the case of workers heading towards style and dimensions of responsiveness and empathy. In the end, the debate and offer conclusions and recommendations.
