Abstract
Abstract The research aims at identifying the situational administration and its role in the stages of crises management faced by the University of Tikrit management. For the purpose of conducting this research; a sample is selected from the presidency and the faculties of the University of Tikrit and a number of the questionnaire forms prepared for this purpose is distributed, where the number of forms that have been distributed (70) form, While the forms that have been retrieved and processed statistically (55) form by (78.6) of the total number of questionnaires distributed, we concluded through analysis to the situational administration role in the stages of crises facing the university through mitigation, or treatment, in the direction of achieving its interests .This is confirmed by the result of the correlation between situational leadership and stages of crisis management the (0.580) Anumber of important recommendations that we believe will help organizations of various kinds of service or productivity in dealing with crises that may pass out in the process of work.
