| Abstract Researchers interested in the subject of training and its role in improving the performance of employees in a number of Iraqi private banks, so researchers have sought to identify the concept of training and its importance and advantages and also get to know the performance of employees and its dimensions and its importance to the researchers designed questionnaire including questions formulated according to the Likert scale quintet to be answered Before working in the surveyed banks in order to know their views and then analyzed through spss software version 17 in order to know the quality and nature of the relationship and influence between research variables that were highly significantly less than 5% and after research found a set of conclusions and that the most important that the training helps to increase performance workers, which in turn check the competitive advantage of the organization also reached Find machine a set of recommendations which the most important are the banks that are interested concepts of training and put the focus of interest, because of its great benefits is reflected in getting workers to two of the capabilities and highly skilled in handling and provide high-level services quality to customers | ||
