| The complexity of services offered by government departments and their importance for the citizens and residents of Arab countries and institutions make it essential to its transformation from a traditional management approach to e-governance to provide the flexibility needed in response to internal and external variables successive, right down to shorten the proceedings, which dissipates the time and effort and expenses. Given the novelty of e-governance, and a lack of public awareness surrounding the characteristics and nature in general, the efforts in this study focused to highlight this aspect, and motivate professionals to conduct more applied research process, and report in a scientific manner of unfinished e-governance. | ||
