Abstract
The participation of women in the social development has been the center of great attention during the last two decades as it considered one of the most complicated subjects because of the numerous points of view about it. Accordingly, this subject is worth a great deal of search and study because women in Iraq have good mentality as they work as lawyer, physician, teacher or any other job. Social development means building human being and developing his natural skills, educating him in order not to be subjected to superstitions and prepare him to use all his abilities to live freely
