| Abstract | ||
| This Study aims at assessing the roles conflict and its relation to psychological sturdiness of the married students in College of Arts- University of Al-Kadissya. The sample of the study consists of (100) married students of College of Arts- University of Al-Kadissya. A scale to measure roles conflict has been designed and it consists of (22) items in addition to another scale designed to measure psychological sturdiness and it consists of (20) items. The results of the study reveal that married students in College of Arts- University of Al-Kadissya suffer endure roles conflict. Also the study reveals that there is a positive constant relation between roles conflict and the collapse of the psychological sturdiness. Some recommendations and suggestions are also given. | ||
