Abstract
Foreign investment in Iraq is looked upon as representation to imperialism, accordingly, Iraqi legislation has few laws related to foreign investment such as law number (20) of year (1998) (the law of manufacture investment) which it is restricted to local investment. Also there is law number (62) of year (2002) which is specified to Arabic investment. After 9-Apr.- 2003 the coalition authority regulated law number (39) of year (2004) related to foreign investment and law number (13) of year 2006 and the system of investment number (2) of year 2009.
