| Abstract | ||
| The present study deals with the centers of civil defense and how to re-distribute these centers to be in a good proportion with the size of the city and its population. By applying the national standards, new sites for these centers are suggested in addition to suggesting three new places, the service zone for each center is a diameter (2 km.) and the response time is four minutes. Accordingly, these centers cover (98%) of Al-Simawa. | ||
