| The study of in international relations in the ancient times has great importance in historical studies, it's survey is the topic of historical incidents for a long period of time, and which can learn about the history of nations and mutual cultural impacts. The civilization of Mesopotamian takes privileged position in ancient history, It is one of the most important political and cultural centers of gravity in the ancient world , and is one of the oldest human civilizations and most authenticity and widely tender, and it had civilizational and political relations with neighboring and distant countries influential and affected, directly and indirectly, in many aspects of civilization, especially of civilization, especially if we know that this civilization has been opened to other civilizations. | ||
